How long will it take for my order to ship?

   > Most orders ship within 3 business days of being placed, and transit time will vary by the shipping method you chose.

 

How long will it take for my pre-order to ship?

   > Most pre-orders will ship in 8-12 weeks from the time the item goes on sale.​ We will reach out via email to let you know about any delays.

I ordered pre-order and in stock items. Why hasn't my order shipped?

   > Mixed orders will ship all together when the pre-order item(s) is ready.

Can I mix and match bikini sizes?

   > As of right now, the bikinis we have available cannot be mixed and matched. All future swimwear drops will have the option to mix and match sizes.

Why does my item have a different tag size than what I ordered?

   > Some underwear and swimwear will have a difference between the tag size and what you ordered. This is due to manufacturer size charts differing from standard US size charts. The holographic sticker on your item's package indicates the US size you ordered.

What is your return policy?

   > Items can be returned if you make your inquiry within 30 days of your order arriving. Refunds are issued once the item is received at our warehouse. 

 

How do I get a return label?

   > Fill out our Contact Form or email us at hello@dawgpound.shop for assistance with returns. We will send you a label to print at your local shipping center.

Can I return underwear or swimwear?

   > Due to health concerns, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions can be made if you receive the wrong item or size.

Will everything that's on the site be available at events?

   > Not every item will be sold at every event. Feel free to fill out our Contact Form or email us at hello@dawgpound.shop with any questions you have about our in-person stock.
